hiatus

a long silence, 2 months passed by after the last update

I was busy focusing too much on work.

I've been putting too much expectation on me -physically and mentally, which resulted in turning myself into a walking zombie.

the teaching hours is 20 hours per week (excluding the clerical work etc) ..and yes, I am complaining now because at some point I no longer can view myself positively.

nevertheless, these somehow made me happy :)

these comments somehow keep the hopes alive, to keep on sharing the knowledge with people around me

the turning point?

2.15pm (Jan 1st, 2014)

The handphone rang, staring at the number displayed on screen, I can simply guess that it is from somebody around the campus. Knowing that it must be work-related-matter, without any hesitation, I swiped the screen of the handphone and a female voice took over

"Hello, this is Kak Su from the admin office, are you working today?"

"Yes Kak Su, I am in my office now, why?"

" I just want to let you know that there is an offer letter for the DM45 for you. You managed to secure the position during the last interview. Please come and collect the letter as soon as possible" 

"Thank you Kak Su, ok, I'll go there in a few minutes"

and the line is disconnected.

mixed feelings

what will the future hold?

will I ever be given a chance to start the piled-higher-and-deeper mission abroad?

accepting the offer means the history of being a part time student will be repeated. rejecting the offer means I am too selfish for myself as it is time to settle down with the yet-still-need-to-find-other-half.

torn

will this offer serve as a good turning point for me?

I'm in a midst of gathering the materials for the textbook

chasing the deadlines is never my cup of tea.

2013 has always been my favourite year due to my serious obsession over number 3 and 13..haha

been ignoring the blog for quite some time. sorry for that.

Result announcement and I only awarded B+ for the hardwork and effort

2013 shall be remembered as a meaningful year for me

Me...inside a bus..heading to kuala terengganu.

So far I have submitted my chapter 1 - 4 to dear supervisor. Praying hard that all the chapters will be approved and if there's any correction, it would be only minor correction.

BTW, I will email my chapter 5 to her by tomorrow, together with the references.

I am now mentally exhausted..and praying hard that this journey will end soon.

done with chap 4. now doing amendments for chap 5

plannign to submit everything by 11am today.
